Our recovery tools are designed to help everyone improve their health, especially athletes. Whether you are looking for a relaxing date night or prepping for an upcoming race, CHILLR is the solution.

Consistency is everything when it comes to taking care of your body. Whether that’s once a month, or 3x a week, a consistent and intentional recovery is what your body needs. Good news is, the CHILLRº Unlimited Membership allows you do to just that: a consistent recovery.

Contrast therapy, alternating between heat and cold treatments, offers significant advantages for athletes in their recovery and performance:

Enhanced recovery: The alternating temperatures accelerate the removal of lactic acid and other metabolic waste products, potentially reducing recovery time between intense training sessions or competitions.

Improved circulation: The vasodilation from heat followed by vasoconstriction from cold creates a "pumping" effect, enhancing blood flow to muscles and potentially improving oxygen and nutrient delivery.

Nope. We want to help high performing athletes and health conscious individuals improve their physical and mental health. That’s why an Open Studio Session is only $30.

The Open Studio Session gives you 1hr access to the most effective recovery tools: • Ice baths (40º and 50º tubs) • Red Light Therapy (full body) • Dry Sauna (195º) • Infrared Sauna (145º) • Compression Therapy (arms, hips and legs) You have the freedom to personalize your recovery experience how you want. If you aren’t a fan of the cold, treat yourself with 15 minutes red light therapy and 45 minutes compression therapy. Our Recovery Specialists are always there to help answer questions and provide support. It’s s personalized recover that fits your specific needs. Remember to consult your doctor before using the studio.

If you plan to use the ice baths and saunas, we recommend you bring a swimsuit. We provide changing rooms and wet bags for your wet clothes at the end of your session.

If you are planning to only do the red light therapy, compression therapy or the hyperbaric chamber during your session, swimwear is not necessary. We recommend wearing comfortable clothing for these recovery tools.
