1. Use of Studio: The use of CHILLR (“Studio”) is subject to these terms and conditions. By using the Studio, the user (“User”) agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Health and Safety: The User acknowledges that the use of the Studio may involve some risk to the User’s health and safety. The User assumes all risks associated with the use of the Studio. The User is responsible for determining whether the use of the Studio is appropriate for the User’s health and safety, and the User assumes all responsibility for any injury or damage that may occur as a result of the use of the Studio.

3. Liability Release: The User agrees to release and discharge the Studio, its owners, employees, agents, and assigns from any and all claims, demands, damages, or causes of action arising out of any injury or damage to the person or property of the User while using the Studio. The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Studio, its owners, employees, agents, and assigns from any and all claims, demands, damages, or causes of action arising out of any injury or damage to the person or property of the User while using the Studio.

4. Age Restrictions: The Studio is open to individuals who are 16 years of age or older. Minors under the age of 18 may use the Studio only with the supervision or written permission of a parent or legal guardian.

5. Proper Attire: The User is required to wear appropriate attire while using the Studio. Swimwear is recommended. Clothing that is deemed inappropriate or disruptive by the Studio will not be allowed.

6. Conduct: The User must conduct himself/herself in a safe and responsible manner while using the Studio. The User must follow all rules and regulations posted in the Studio and any instructions provided by the Studio. The Studio reserves the right to remove the User from the Studio for any behavior that is deemed disruptive or dangerous.

7. Liability for Loss or Damage: The Studio is not responsible for any loss or damage to the User’s personal property while the User is using the Studio. The User is responsible for securing any personal belongings while using the Studio.

8. Termination of Use: The Studio reserves the right to terminate the User’s use of the Studio at any time, without notice, for any reason deemed appropriate by the Studio.

9. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Utah and any applicable federal law.

10. Entire Agreement: These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the User and the Studio, and supersede all prior understandings and agreements between the parties.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions: The Studio reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, without notice. Continued use of the Studio by the User constitutes the User’s agreement to be bound by any modifications to these terms and conditions.

By using the Studio, the User acknowledges that he/she has read, understands, and agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
