Age Requirement

Only individuals who are 16 years of age or older are permitted to use the CHILLR Studio. Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Health Considerations

Users should consult with a physician before using the CHILLR Studio if they have any medical conditions, including but not limited to heart disease, high blood pressure, pregnancy, or respiratory problems. CHILLR is not responsible for any adverse health reactions that may occur as a result of using the CHILLR Studio.

Safety Precautions

Users are required to follow all posted safety rules and regulations, including but not limited to maintaining a safe distance from other users, not diving or jumping into the CHILLR tubs, and not staying in the CHILLR tubs for an extended period of time. Users are also required to use the CHILLR tubs at their own risk.

Hygiene

Users are required to shower before entering the CHILLR studio and are encouraged to rinse off after use. CHILLR reserves the right to remove any User from the CHILLR studio if the User is not in compliance with the hygiene requirements.

Liability Release

Before using the CHILLR Studio, Users must sign a Liability Release Waiver acknowledging that they are using the CHILLR Studio at their own risk and releasing CHILLR from any liability related to their use of the CHILLR Studio.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are prohibited in the CHILLR Studio: smoking, alcohol consumption, drug use, disruptive behavior, and any other activities that are deemed inappropriate by CHILLR.

Supervision

The CHILLR Studio is monitored by trained staff, but Users are ultimately responsible for their own safety while using the facility. CHILLR is not responsible for lost or stolen items, or for any accidents or injuries that may occur as a result of the User’s use of the CHILLR.​

Maintenance: CHILLR reserves the right to close the CHILLR Studio for maintenance or repair as necessary. CHILLR will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of any closures.

Violations

Users who violate these usage and regulations may be removed from the CHILLR Studio and may be banned from using the CHILLR Studio in the future.

Changes to Regulations

CHILLR reserves the right to modify these usage and regulations at any time, without notice. Continued use of the CHILLR Studio by the User constitutes the User’s agreement to be bound by any modifications to these regulations.
